This command allows for the use of any diplomatic action (e.g. declaring war) without justification.
The allowdiplo command is a toggle command - this means all you need to do to disable the allowdiplo feature (after enabling it) is execute the command again.

This is the only way this command can be executed. After having executed the above command, any diplomatic action is permitted and does not need to be justified.
